GENERAL TERMS ~

In the terms and conditions set out in this company document, the following terms shall, unless contrary to the context, mean “You/Your/ Passenger the person(s) in whose names and/or on whose behalf the Booking is made” and “We/Us/Company/Our Company means “M/s FutureMyTrip Holidays India Pvt. Ltd.”

FutureMyTrip Holidays India Pvt. Ltd Company is a Tour and Travel organizer only. We do not, operate, and control any Airlines, Shipping Company, Hotel, Transport Company, Restaurants or any other allied services provided to you during the course of the tour or holiday.

These Company General Terms are to be read along with the itinerary specific terms handed over to you along with itinerary/handout and shall form the part of contract between you and the company FutureMyTrip

COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE/ MODIFY THE ITINERARY WITHOUT ANY PRIOR NOTICE TO YOU

FutureMyTrip Holidays India Pvt.Ltd  reserve the right to alter, amend, or modify the tour /holiday package and itineraries before or during the tour. FutureMyTrip will make all reasonable efforts to notify you promptly of such changes/ events sufficiently in advance during booking or prior to departure of the tour, and FutureMyTrip will solicit your full co-operation in accepting such circumstantial modifications or changes. Therefore, no grievance with respect to change or modification in tour programme / service change which we are constrained to make, will be entertained from you during or after the tour. Such modifications may be necessitated due to factors beyond our control such as force majeure events, strikes, fairs, weather condition(s), traffic problem(s), festival(s), sport event(s), overbooking of hotel(s), overbooking of flight(s), cancellation, re-routing of flight(s) or railway, closure of/ restricted entry at a place of sightseeing etc.

GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

This Agreement and any subject or matter relating thereto shall be governed, interpreted and construed in accordance with the Laws of India. You agree that in the event of any dispute on difference between the parties the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts/tribunals shall be of Patna (Bihar) only.

DISCLAIMERS

We take all reasonable care in preparing the brochure(s), web pages and other associated documents and in describing the services therein. However, we are not responsible for any typographical/printing errors. Further, we go strictly by the terms and conditions, and in case our employee has assured you of anything which is contrary to the terms mentioned herein, we shall request you to obtain the same in writing in order to avoid any doubt/ complicacy in future.

FutureMyTrip hereby expressly disclaims any representation, warranty or undertaking in relation to the accuracy, completeness, adequacy and quality of any contents of this website.

In case of any discrepancies between the English language content or version of this website including its policies and a translated version, the English language version will prevail.

PAYMENT TERMS

Please note that all services offered and facilitated by the company are subject to full realization of payment by you prior to the date of departure.

NO LIABILITY OF THE COMPANY FOR THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE THIRD PARTY

If any booking is being made by you for travel service, which may cover but not limited to international SIM card, insurance policy, which are controlled and operated through any third party vendors like adventure sports etc. the terms and conditions of such third party vendors, including their cancellation polices, payment schedules, refunds etc. shall be applicable to you in addition to these terms and conditions policy and we cannot be bounded with any kind of liability for the same.

Refund Policy

To request a refund, please contact us through FutureMyTrip Help Center.

FutureMyTrip is fully committed to providing you with a simple and efficient refund process. Kindly note that shortening your stay during the high season, periods of high occupancy, during trade fairs and conventions, or failure to cancel your reservation prior to the due date noted on your confirmation may result in a penalty charge being imposed by the hotel/Vendor Partner. If a penalty charge is incurred, this will be deducted from the amount refunded.

Your confirmation email will specify the exact cancellation due date which is the deadline you must cancel by in order to avoid any cancellation charge. Generally, the cancellation due date is 14 days prior to arrival at the hotel, guest house, home-stay. The penalty charge is usually one-night stay, unless specified on the confirmation email or voucher.

For availing any valid and applicable refunds in event of no-show or unutilized bookings, you will be required to make written requests, as per the defined policies, within 90 days from the travel date in case of air/ train/ cab/ bus tickets and/or the date of check-in for hotel, home stay bookings. For any requests made after the expiry of 90 days of travel date/ check-in as aforementioned no refund would be payable and all such unclaimed amounts for such no-show or unutilized reservations shall accordingly be deemed to have been forfeited.

Unless specifically mentioned otherwise in the cancellation policy, cancellation requests submitted via any of the means above(email/phone), prior to the due date noted on your confirmation, will normally be refunded 100% of the cost of their stay (FutureMyTrip does not charge a processing fee for cancellations Unless specify ) within 15-20 days of receiving the request. Any cancellation submitted after the due date noted on your confirmation will also be processed within 10 days, and any applicable penalty fee will be deducted from the amount refunded.

Shortened stays, in most cases, will be refunded within 15-20 days, net of any penalty charge or fee applicable, and if you notify us (by any of the means above) prior to shortening your stay, FutureMyTrip can expedite the refund process. If however, you notify us after checking out, some shortened stay refunds may take longer because some hotels, home stay can be slow to confirm the exact dates of your stay. If your refund is likely to take longer than 20 days to process, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp message upon receipt of your request.

All refunds shall be processed subject to processing of refunds by the respective airline/service provider Hotel, lodging partner, transport vendor/partner etc.

Please note convenience fee charged at the time of booking or reservation will not be refundable.

Reservation Guarantee

Reservations secured via FutureMyTrip are backed up by our Reservation Guarantee. If your confirmed reservation is not available or cannot be honoured by the property, immediately contact our 24/7 Customer Service at the contact number(s) listed in your confirmation Voucher.

Our FutureMyTrip Customer Support Specialists will seek alternative accommodation at a convenient and comparable property, for your approval.

Should you not approve any alternative accommodation, FutureMyTrip will offer a full refund of the price paid for the original accommodation.

Amendment and Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your domestic flight bookings online. Log in to My Bookings, select the relevant booking and go on the Cancel button. For online cancellation, FutureMyTrip will charge Rs. 75 per person per sector as standard cancellation charges.

To amend/cancel your ticket offline, call FutureMyTrip Customer Care.

If domestic flight bookings are cancelled offline, a standard charge of Rs. 1350 per person per sector, over and above the airline's own cancellation charge will apply. For international flight ticket reservations or booking a standard fee of Rs 1350 per person would be charged for online cancellation and 2350 for any offline cancellation, over and above the airline's own cancellation charge.

FutureMyTrip will charge Rs. 150 per person per sector as standard rescheduling charges for rescheduling of domestic flights.

For no-show on domestic flights, FutureMyTrip will charge Rs. 200 per person per sector as normal no-show charges.

Please refer to airline specific amendment and cancellation policy while using FutureMyTrip Services. You may be required to directly contact the nearest airline office (of the concerned airline) to get your booking cancelled.

Any cancellations received after the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation voucher (including requests made within this period) are subject to a minimum of a 1 (ONE) night cancellation fee, unless you are notified otherwise in the confirmation voucher.

Failure to arrive at your hotel, home-stay, and guesthouse will be treated as a late cancellation and will incur a minimum cancellation fee of one (1) night, or more, per room, unless otherwise specified in the confirmation voucher.

Any changes or modifications to your reservation must be made through FutureMyTrip and not directly with the hotel. This applies to modification of dates, extension of stay, early check out, delay of arrival or cancellation in full or in part. Any problems or questions on your reservation prior to arrival or during your stay at the hotel should be directed to our FutureMyTrip Customer Support Specialists. We must be notified of all cancellations within our normal office hours from 10:00-18:00 (GMT+7).

Passport Information

Flying to these countries to Europe, USA and Canada Passport details are mandatory for e –ticket issuance.

A few airlines flying to these countries, Europe, USA and Canada also require passport details for issuing the e-ticket.

FutureMyTrip generates attractive promotion codes from time to time under regular interval which may be availed on the site as a discount coupon or voucher.

FutureMyTrip reserves the right to add, modify, alter, withdraw all or any of the Terms and Conditions or replace, wholly or in part, the program by any other program, whether similar to this promotional program or not or withdraw it altogether without any prior notice.

In case of dispute with any party, FutureMyTrip's decision will be binding and final.

When you register with FutureMyTrip, we or any of our partners/affiliate/group companies may contact you from time to time to provide the offers/information of such products/services that we believe may benefit you.

Delivery of Services/Products

What is an e-ticket (electronic ticket)?
An e-ticket is a paperless electronic document with a unique confirmation number given to travellers in place of a paper ticket. Travellers are required to produce the unique confirmation number at the airport airline counter to claim the e-ticket.

How will I get my e-ticket (electronic ticket) details?
Your electronic ticket details will be sent to the email address provided by you at the time of booking or reservation. If you do not receive your e-ticket within 8 hours of making your booking with FutureMyTrip, please call our Customer Care.

FutureMyTrip Holidays India Pvt Ltd, shall not be liable if travellers do not comply with this requirement.

 

Is it necessary to carry my e-ticket with me during journey?

It is mandatory for you to carry a copy of your e-ticket as sent by FutureMyTrip. In the event that you fail to present a copy of your e-ticket, FutureMyTrip will not be held responsible if the Airline does not issue a boarding pass/ disallows you from travelling.

 

How will I get my boarding pass for an e-Ticket (electronic ticket)?

You need to show your e-ticket confirmation email and electronic -ticket along with a valid government photo identity proof (passport, driver's license etc.) at the airline check-in counter. Afterwards the airline representative will issue your boarding pass.

Transaction Confirmation 

You should not take any action based on information on the Website until you have received a confirmation of your purchase/transaction. If confirmations to be received by email and if User does not receive any confirmation of User’s purchase/transaction within the stipulated time period, User may first look into "spam" or "junk" folder to verify that it has not been misdirected, and if still not found, please contact FutureMyTrip’s Travel Care Centre.

Payment Options

1. Online Card Payments

Visa, Master and American Express Card payments are processed through an online payment gateway system module. Your bank will authorize the card transaction directly without any information passing through us; therefore, your card information is safe and will not fall into the wrong hands. In approximately 25-30 seconds (depending on your internet connection) your bank will issue, using the online payment gateway, an authorization code and confirmation of completion of transaction of your purchase.

FutureMyTrip, as a Verisign Certified Site, uses the latest 128-bit encryption technology and other sophisticated methods to protect your credit card information. You can make bookings for desired services using secured SSL encryption (the Internet standard for secure transactions).

We do not retain your credit card information. You can be assured that FutureMyTrip offers you the highest standards of security currently available on the internet so as to ensure that your shopping experience is private, safe and 100 % secure.

If the payment on the credit card is declined for some technical reason, alternate payment instructions must be received by FutureMyTrip 72 hours prior to the time of departure; else, the order is liable to be cancelled.

FutureMyTrip charges a service fee on all domestic airline and Hotel bookings.

This fee is non-refundable.
