Shashikant Singh, Co-Founder & CEO
Shashikant Singh is the Co-Founder & CEO of FutureMyTrip Holidays India Pvt Ltd (FutureMyTrip.com).
Shashi leads the company's business initiatives across continents and led the company.
He is a veteran of the travel industry with over 20 years of experience in the Travel and Aviation sectors, 11 of which were with Yatra.com where he was responsible for managing 24x7 availability of the yatra websites, corporate, and multi-location call centres.
Prior to his stint at yatra.com, Shashi worked with IBM, Southall Travel based in Gurugram.
His core domain expertise is managing customer life cycle including Acquisition, CRM Technology, Call Centres, Voice, Non-Voice, Up selling & Service marketing.
Shashi is managing the sales, fulfillment, and after-sales support for all FutureMyTrip corporate hotel business.
Shashi holds an MBA and is also a postgraduate in History, a graduate in Tourism Science, and a qualified Aircraft Engineer from Delhi.
In his spare time, he loves to travel, watch movies, explore new gadgets, and play cricket.
Iqbal Molla, Co-Founder & COO
Being an eager traveler himself, he co-founded FutureMyTrip along with his college colleague Shashikant Singh with an aim to make travel easy, safer & hassle-free for the Indian, non-Indian masses.
At FutureMyTrip, he is responsible for new product development, building mobile technology,
and managing data centers.
He brings with him meteoric knowledge and 21 years of experience with
proven success in Business Strategy, Operations Logistics, Travel Applications, Infrastructure,
Software Development, and Support Process.
His core domain expertise is managing customer life cycle including Acquisition, CRM Technology, Call Centres, Non-Voice, Up selling & Service marketing.
Iqbal holds an MBA and is also a qualified Mechanical Engineer from Delhi.
He likes to spend his leisure time watching movies and playing cricket.
Ratna Kumari, Co-Founder & Chief Customer Experience Officer
Ratna is responsible for all Flights and Hotels related processes, Customer Experience, Quality, Training and the Process Development function.
She brings with him 15 years of work experience in the Telecom, Pharma & Education industry.
In her earlier assignments she has worked with Apolo & SVS Global in senior roles in Customer Experience.
Her core domain expertise is managing customer life cycle including Acquisition, CRM Technology, Call Centres,
Voice, Non-Voice, Up selling & Service marketing.
Ratna holds a Master of Business Administration from Patna.
Sufia Begum, Co-Founder and Chief Legal Advisor
Ms. Sufia Begum serves as legal advisor of Futuremytrip Holidays India Private Limited.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in law and is a member of the Bar Council of West Bengal. She has over 15 years of rich experience in legal sector. Also, she has been working in the field of commercial ,
and arbitration law for a long time.
She also holds a Master of Arts in Economics.
