Board the chopper for Kharsali helipad. Arrive Kharsali helipad, passengers shall be checked-in to their resort, which is at walking distance from the helipad. (Kharsali). Later proceed for Mata Yamunotri dham. Mata Yamunotri Temple is a 06 KMS trek which will be covered by Palki and takes about 05 hours. Booking Procedure

Payment Policy ~

Advance Booking Fee ~

30 days or more prior the date of departure: 35 % of total cost

 29 - 20 days prior the date of departure: 50% of total cost

19 days or less prior the date of departure: 100% of total cost

Important:

The booking stands liable to be cancelled if 100% payment is not received at least 25 days prior to the date of departure.

Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel your holiday trip:

You or any member of your group may cancel your travel booking at any time. Written notification or an e-mail from the person who made the booking must be received at our work location. The cancellation charges are levied as per the cancellation policy below:

Cancellation Charges:

30 Days or more prior the date of departure: 35% of total cost + cancellation charges of issued Air tickets & Hotel shall be deducted.

29 – 20 days prior the date of departure: 50% of total cost + cancellation charges of issued Air tickets & Hotel shall be deducted.

Less than 19 days prior the date of departure: 100% of total cost + cancellation charges of issued Air tickets & Hotel shall be deducted.

 Early Departure: - Full stay charges applicable

No Show: - 100% charges will be applicable.

Late Check-Outs: - Subject to availability up to 1300hours, extension further would be at per day package cost.

In case passenger is denied entry to board the flight due to health issues then entire package amount shall be forfeited. Request to modify the date will be considered as new booking only.

Modification/ Cancellation Policy:

If we change or cancel your holiday trip:​

FutureMyTrip do plan the arrangements in advance. It is unlikely that FutureMyTrip will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements.

Occasionally, FutureMyTrip may have to make changes and FutureMyTrip reserve the right to do so at any time.

If there are any changes, FutureMyTrip will advise you of them at the earliest possible date.

FutureMyTrip also reserve the right under any circumstances to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you.

If FutureMyTrip is unable to provide the booked travel arrangements due to reasons beyond its control (e.g., bad weather etc.), it will first try to offer alternative dates for the tour if the tour hasn’t already commenced.

If the tour has already commenced, then FutureMyTrip shall refund the booking price/fee charged to you on a pro-rata calculations depending on the portion of the tour utilized by you.

In all circumstances, however, FutureMyTrip liability shall be limited to refunding to you the price we charged as tour fees.

If you want to modify your holiday trip:

After confirmation of services, if you wish to modify your travel arrangements in any way (e.g., your chosen departure date or accommodation), FutureMyTrip will do its utmost efforts to make these modifications, but it may not always be possible. Any request for modification must be made in writing from the person who made the booking. All cost incurred due to modification will be borne by you.

Complaint /Feedback ~

If you have a complaint:

In case of any problem during your holiday, please inform the concerned supplier (e.g. your hotelier, transporter etc.) and/or our FutureMyTrip representative immediately who will endeavour to set things right. if your Complaint is not resolved locally, please follow this up by writing to us within 45 days of your return to home, with your booking reference and all other relevant information. However, please be advised that while FutureMyTrip is happy to assist you to redress your complaint, if any, FutureMyTrip  will be able to extend only its best efforts in managing/ coordinating your complaint with the concerned service provider. All third party service providers are independent contractors who are at no time under FutureMyTrip’s control or supervision.

Refund Conditions ~

Please note that your refund is subject to the Host’s cancellation policy. Additionally, your refund amount may also be affected by:

Cleaning fees: Always refunded if you cancel before check-in.

FutureMyTrip service fees: Service fees are refunded (Not applicable on non-refundable )if you cancel during the free cancellation period for your booking.

On-site property fees: If a hotel or other professional (Vendor partner) Host collects property fees on-site, any refund of those fees is at the discretion of the Host.

Refund shall be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the request and the refund payment would be credited within 15-20 working days via the same mode as used while making the reservation.

This is quote only and we are not holding any reservation for you either in the hotel or in airline.

The booking is processed after receiving the Advance token amount. If we fail to give you confirmation on your requested date than entire Advance token amount is refundable to you.
Flight tickets are issued on the basis of Lowest available fare (If include in package).
Please reconfirm the departure terminal and the flight schedule from the airline before leaving for the airport.
Kindly reach the airport 3 hours prior to the scheduled departure time as per Airlines /DGCA Guidelines’
Web check-in is mandatory for all travelling passengers. You will have to show your boarding pass / e-boarding pass along with your Government Identity card to the CISF staff at the Entry Gate. (Kindly Note: Airlines may charge for Web check-in Service. Applicable charges are not included in Package & need to be Paid by the Passengers only)
A self-declaration will be taken during the process of web check-in. Boarding pass will be issued only once the passenger gives this self-declaration.
Vulnerable persons such as very elderly, expectant mothers, passengers with ailments are advised to avoid air travel.
In airline no seat is provided to Infant.
 Airport transfers (if mentioned in the Inclusions) are on SIC i.e. Seat in coach / shared basis.
Complimentary Arrival / Departure transfers are provided as per schedule fixed by the hotel. However this may require you to wait at the airport for short duration (1 to 2 hour). Guests are requested to remain patient in their sitting area until all the booked passengers have boarded the vehicle.
Unless otherwise specified, all Complimentary transfers are provided by Non air condition vehicle only. Private transfers in air condition vehicle can be arranged at an Extra cost (Please check the cost at the time of making booking).
To avail the arrival transfers please check the hotel representative holding the placard of your name / hotel name.
If the return Flight is late in evening, the guest has to Check out from the hotel at 11 AM or at the time specified by the Hotel.
Kindly provide government issued id’s to process the reservation.
The guest must carry confirmed hotel voucher at the time of Check in at hotel.

Room allocation (Twin bed / Double bed) is at the discretion of the hotel.
The request for an adjacent or an adjoining room will be on subject to availability.
In hotels for an extra Adult / Child either Rollaway bed or mattress shall be provided.
The Standard check in time of the hotel is 2 PM & check out time of the hotel is 11 AM (exact timings may be reconfirmed with the hotel directly).
For early check in and late check out the payment is to be settled directly by the guest.
Numbers of meals are always corresponding to the number of nights booked. Breakfast is not provided on the day of arrival.
Hotel has the right to claim the damages incurred by any of the guest.
The guests are requested to take care of their personal belongings carefully and avoid leaving them unattended.
Proper swim wears are necessary to avail the Swimming pool facility (if available).
Cost of additional services availed by the guest which are not part of our package inclusions are to be settled directly at the hotel.
Mini bar facility available in the hotels is on chargeable basis.
It is mandatory to carry the age proof of children (02 to 11 yrs) and infant (below 02yrs) along with other travel documents. Child above 11 years shall be considered for an adult cost.

Important Information:

Per person cost is calculated on the basis of Minimum 02 adults travelling together and sharing one double room.
Extra adult is the 3rd person who shares the same double room and is provided with an extra bed or roll away mattress.
Mostly the hotels allow 03 adults in one double room with an extra bed or 02 adults and 02 children below 12 years of age with one extra bed.
If rooms are not available at the hotels mentioned, we shall provide you alternate hotels of similar category.
Driver Duty Timing morning 08:00 am To 07:00 pm as per itinerary
Check-in 14:00 hrs. Check-out time at the hotel is 11.00 hrs.

Chardham Yatra Terms & Conditions ~

You have to pay 50% of your total package amount for booking confirmation.

Final travel documents (Air /Chopper Ticket, Hotel & Tour Vouchers) will be provided within 2 days prior to the Date of Journey. 

Important Guidelines for Passengers ~

Carrying of Aadhar Card is a mandator for all Indian citizen, whereas passport is required for foreign nationals.

There is very limited space for luggage in the helicopter. 

5 kgs luggage per passenger will be permitted in helicopter and Passengers should carry only handbags in the helicopter.

All temples in Chardham are located in high altitude areas, so passengers having asthma problems should not undertake this journey.

All passengers undertaking this Chardham yatra should be medically and physically fit. 

Passengers are advised to carry a small oxygen bottle with them as a precaution and it is easily available locally at all medical shops.

Although day temperatures at these locations are normal it becomes cold in the night and so ever passengers must carry woolen clothes with them.

Each and all passengers are advised to carry their own medication.

Company shall not be liable for any medical emergency on the ground to the party, thus advising passengers to get the fitness certificate from the doctor to travel to the high-altitude sector.

Weighing at the time of boarding the helicopter is must since the pilot will not allow boarding in case it exceeds the weight conveyed at the time of booking & we reserve the right to shuffle passengers to manage the right weight of helicopters for safe flying in the hills. 

 The quality and standard of accommodation available at Yamunotri and Kedarnath is just above average and so passengers should not have very high expectations. 

Harsil and Badrinath accommodation standard are 3 stars category.  

5 Kg baggage per passenger will be permitted in helicopter and passengers are advised not to carry big suitcases as there is very small baggage space inside the helicopter. 

Passengers bringing excess luggage might not be allowed to take the same in the chopper by pilot.   

Children above the age of 2 years will be considered full fare ticket.   

There is no provision of concession to children and senior citizens.

Total passenger weight should not exceed over 420 for 6 Passengers in chopper. Beyond the said weight limit the flight won’t be able to take off and your journey will be cancelled effective immediately (it is vital for each passenger to provide us with the right & exact weight to avoid such situation  

The booking has to be done in advance with a deposit of amount of 50% of the charter amount and balance amount has to be deposited 15 days prior to the date of journey. 

Weighing at the time of boarding the helicopter is mandatory, since the company shall not allow boarding in case the total weight exceeds the weight limitation of the helicopter. And, due to such reason, in case of more than one available aircraft, we reserve the right to shuffle passengers between different groups to manage the right weight of helicopters for safe flying in the hills.

Passengers may be divided into 2 groups while changing the chopper at Kedarnath /Guptkashi shuttle depending on their body weight.

While changing the chopper at Kedarnath or Guptkashi/Phata/sitapur the waiting time is between 10 mins to 3 hrs. depending on Shuttle slots / weather conditions and technical reasons/ ground situations.

Itinerary can be changed or modified without any prior notice (Depending on the climate, road or any other unavoidable circumstances).

These are the approximate tour timing given in the itinerary, you will get the final tour timing the day before of your tour.

After Issuance of Final travel Documents FutureMyTrip is not responsible for any cancellations or alterations to the tour, by the client or by the Airlines. (Air Ticket Refund or cancellations will be made as per the Specific Airlines Terms & Conditions). 

If you want to change the dates or package, then you will have to email with proper reason before 90 days at india@futuremytrip.com

In this case, the amount paid for the Tour Package can be availed anytime within a Year of the Date of Journey. The Client can avail the Same Tour or any other Tours of the same value.

Any seat preference requested will be chargeable.

No refunds either in part or in full will be made for any unutilized service.

Booking once confirmed are subject to cancellation charges which shall be advised at the time.

The free cancellation policy applies only to bookings made directly with FutureMyTrip. The cancellation request must be made at least 90 days before the scheduled travel date. If the request is made within 90 days of the travel date, cancellation fees will apply.

To cancel a booking, the customer must contact FutureMyTrip via email india@futuremytrip.com 

The customer must provide all the necessary information, such as booking details, name, and contact information.

FutureMyTrip will confirm the cancellation and provide any relevant information, such as the refund amount and timeline within 15-20 working days.

The free cancellation policy may not apply to certain types of bookings, such as non -refundable packages.

FutureMyTrip reserves the right to modify or cancel the free cancellation policy at any time, with or without notice.

As a practice all international hotels charge a security deposit via credit card or cash, at the time of check -in for each room. 

The amount will vary according to the hotel and is refunded back to the clients upon check-out. Debit cards should not be offered as it will be charged immediately and refunded only after 2-3 weeks. 

If any additional services or mini bar or any other service is utilized at the hotel, the hotel reserves the right to charge the same on this security deposit provided by the client. 

FutureMyTrip would not be responsible for these transactions, and these are solely between the hotels and the clients.

GENERAL TERMS ~

FutureMyTrip Holidays India Pvt. Ltd Company is a travel and tour organizer only. We do not own, operate or control any Airlines, Shipping Company, Coach Company, Hotel, Transport Company, Restaurants or any other allied services provided to you during the course of the tour.
These General Terms are to be read along with the itinerary specific terms handed over to you along with itinerary/handout and shall form the part of contract between you and the company.

In the terms and conditions set out in this document, the following terms shall, unless contrary to the context, mean “You/Your/ Passenger the person(s) in whose names and/or on whose behalf the Booking is made” and “We/Us/Company/Our Company means “M/s FutureMyTrip Holidays India Pvt. Ltd.”
